However, the existing design had become outdated, with hierarchy issues that hampered usability. It was clearly time for refresh the look and feel of the platform.

Main improvements in the new design
- Reduced Clutter - We decreased the number of sections to create a cleaner, more streamlined interface.
- Enhanced Case Cards -The redesign of case cards now displays more information while maintaining a sleek modern look.
- Improved Readability - The "Tasks" section has been enlarged to facilitate reading longer texts and to enhance the overall information hierarchy.
